Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Invite your team, put people in teams, and give each person a role that decides what they can see and do. Conversations can be assigned to a specific person. Starter includes 2 seats, Growth 5 and Pro 10, and Enterprise is sized to your team.

Settings → Teams: group people into teams and give each team its channels.
