Yes, from the billing page in the app. Moving up is charged pro rata at once; moving down credits the unused part of the month to your next invoice.

Yes, from the billing page in the app, and the own AI key add-on the same way. A move up is charged pro rata straight away, and a move down credits the unused part of the month to your next invoice.
Settings → Billing → Choose a plan: pick the plan, tick the own-AI-key add-on if you want it, and pay with Stripe.
