Yes. Meta charges for WhatsApp template messages, such as reminders and campaigns, at its own rates, billed separately from your Fellix plan. Replying within 24 hours of a client's message costs nothing on Meta's side.

Outside the 24-hour reply window only an approved template can go out, and Meta bills those at its own rates.
