- How much does Fellix cost? Plans and prices are published at fellix.ai/pricing, which is kept current. You change plans from the billing page in the app.
- What is an AI credit? The unit assistant answers are measured in: each uses credits based on the agent's model, as do tests and FAQ generation. Conversations aren't counted.
- What happens when the AI credits run out? The assistant pauses and new conversations go to your team until the month resets; nothing is charged automatically. Your own AI key keeps it answering.
- Can I use my own AI key? Yes. Pro and Enterprise include it; on Starter and Growth it is a $49-a-month add-on. Answers on your key use no AI credits: your provider bills you.
- Can I change plans later? Yes, from the billing page in the app. Moving up is charged pro rata at once; moving down credits the unused part of the month to your next invoice.
- Does WhatsApp cost extra? Yes. Meta bills WhatsApp template messages at its own rates, separately from your Fellix plan. Replying within 24 hours of a client's message is free.
