What is Copilot?

Ask your team's assistant about your organization, review proposed changes and manage your conversations.

Copilot is an assistant panel for your team. Open it from the Copilot button in the dashboard header. Ask in your own words about clients, conversations, bookings, leads and reports. Copilot can look up information available to your role and propose changes for you to review and approve.

What Copilot can see

Copilot looks things up with your own access. It sees the clients, conversations, bookings, leads and reports you can see in the dashboard, and nothing more. If your role or your access changes, Copilot follows straight away, even in the middle of an answer.

When you ask from a client, conversation, booking or lead page, that page goes along with your question. It shows as a card above the message box; remove it if your question is about something else.

If Copilot says it cannot find a record, check whether you can open it yourself. Usually the record is not visible to your role, rather than missing.

Changes wait for your approval

Copilot never changes anything on its own. When it wants to update a client, set tags, book an appointment or send a message, it shows the change as a card and stops. Nothing happens until you choose Approve.

  • Edit lets you correct the details first. A message card shows the exact text that will be sent.
  • Decline turns the change down, and Copilot is told.
  • Approve all approves every waiting change in that answer.
  • Asking a new question declines the changes still waiting.

Before a change runs, Fellix checks your access again. If you can no longer make that change, it fails and nothing is changed.

Who can use Copilot?

An Owner chooses Settings → Copilot → Who can use Copilot: Owners only, Owners and Managers, or everyone. Your role, the organization's setting, Copilot availability and your plan or preview determine whether you can ask. Ask an Owner if you need access.

An Owner can add Copilot from Billing when it is available.

Attach files

You can attach up to three images, PDFs, CSVs or XLSX files to a question. Each file can be at most 10 MB and its file type must match its extension.

Your conversations

You can return to your own Copilot conversations. Other members cannot see them, but Owners can read and delete all members' conversations. Only the person who started a conversation can write in it. Owners can see usage by member in Copilot settings.
