Yes. Select clients in your client list and send them a WhatsApp template that Meta has approved, such as a reminder, an update or a form. Each client gets the version in their own language, and replies come back into the inbox. It is not for cold outreach: Meta's opt-in rules and template charges apply.
Clients → select → Send WhatsApp: pick the number and an approved template; each client gets the version in their own language.
