Does Fellix provide a client-facing help center?

Yes. Fellix includes a help center your clients can visit on a Fellix subdomain or your own domain. Write articles in collections and in more than one language, style it with your fonts, colours, header, footer, links and a classic or modern layout, and connect Google Analytics. The same articles appear in your website chat's Help tab, and the assistant answers from them.
