You give it the knowledge: business information (hours, address, contact details and your pricing, booking, cancellation and payment policies), FAQs, help center articles, scenarios and skills that tell it how to handle a situation, files you upload or text you type in, and pages from your website or from Notion. It answers from that and nothing else.
