Can I upload my own documents?
Yes. Upload PDF, TXT, Markdown or HTML files up to 20 MB and Fellix extracts the text for the assistant. Scanned PDFs hold no text, so type those in.

Yes. Upload a price list, a menu, a service guide or a policy document as a PDF, TXT, Markdown or HTML file of up to 20 MB, and Fellix extracts the text automatically, so the assistant can answer from it without you retyping anything. A scanned PDF holds no text to read, so type that content in instead. Knowledge storage is limited per account; the dashboard shows how much you use.
Add files: PDF, TXT, Markdown or HTML, up to 20 MB each.
