Manage connected AI assistants
See which assistants are connected to your account or your organization, what they may do, when they were last used and when they expire, and disconnect any of them.
Every assistant you connect to Fellix appears under Connected apps. There you can see what it may do, when it was last used and when it expires, and disconnect it with one click. Owners also see every member's connections in their organization and can end any of them.
Your own connections
Open the account menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) → Account Settings → Connected apps.
Your connected apps, with the address to connect a new one at the top.
Connect an AI assistant at the top shows Fellix's server address, https://api.fellix.ai/mcp, with a copy button. You need it to connect a new assistant.
Below it, one row per connection:
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Application | The assistant's name and website, for example ChatGPT, chatgpt.com. |
| Not reviewed by Fellix | Shown next to an assistant Fellix has not marked as reviewed. It does not mean something is wrong: it reminds you to keep only connections you made yourself. |
| Access | How many permissions you granted when you connected. |
| Last used | When the assistant last made a request to Fellix. |
| Expires | The latest date the connection can last: 90 days after you connected. |
The list shows connections in the organization you are working in. If you belong to several organizations, switch organization to see the connections you made there.
Disconnect an assistant
- On the assistant's row, choose the Disconnect button (⊘) at the end.
- Confirm with Disconnect.
Disconnecting takes effect at once.
The assistant stops working immediately, including anything it is doing right now. Nothing it already did is undone: messages it sent stay sent, appointments it booked stay booked. You can connect it again later from the assistant.
Everyone's connections (owners)
Owners see every connection in the organization under Settings → API keys → Connected apps.
Every member's connected apps in one list, with the member who connected each.
The list adds a Member column: who connected it, by name and email. Each assistant acts as that member, within the permissions they granted. An owner can disconnect any of them, for example when a laptop is lost or someone connected an assistant they should not have.
Connections are not API keys. They do not count toward the organization's limit of 25 API keys, and they do not appear in the API keys list.
When a connection ends by itself
| What happens | Result |
|---|---|
| 90 days pass since you connected | The connection ends. Connect again from the assistant. |
| The assistant is not used for 30 days | The connection ends early. Connect again from the assistant. |
| The member leaves the organization or their account is deactivated | All their connections in that organization end at once. |
| The member's role changes | The connection stays. From its next request the assistant can do only what the new role allows. |
When a connection has ended, the assistant tells you it is no longer valid. Connect again from the assistant to start a new one.
Limits
- 10 connected apps per person in each organization. The 11th is refused with "You already have 10 connected apps in this organization. Disconnect one under Account Settings → Connected apps and try again." Disconnect one you no longer use first.
- One organization per connection. To use an assistant in two organizations, connect it once in each.
Good practice
- Connect only from the assistant you are about to use, and only an assistant you started the connection from.
- Grant what the assistant needs. For reports and lookups, Read is enough.
- Review your list now and then, and disconnect what you no longer use.
- Owners: check Settings → API keys → Connected apps when someone leaves a role or a device is lost.
