Can I turn the assistant off for one channel?

Yes. The assistant is on or off per channel, so it can answer website chat while your team handles WhatsApp. One switch in Settings stops it everywhere.

Yes. The assistant is enabled per channel, so you can let it answer your website chat while your team keeps handling WhatsApp by hand. One switch in Settings also turns it off for every channel at once.

Build → Channels: every number has its own team, agent and on/off switch.
